So boring, So exciting

I didn't write for so long because I had nothing to say. My life can be pretty boring at times, and it has been. However in the last two weeks things have been pretty exciting and now I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with all the stuff I want to share.

Last week Zander and I made a gingerbread house. He was so proud of it. We did it over two nights and he was so excited when it was done he wanted to take pictures of it, so here they are....our masterpiece! (His favorite part was the roof.)




Then last weekend we had both our work Christmas parties. We had so much fun at both of them. They both had their plus and minuses. The DeltaValve party was at the Marriott, overlooking Gallivan Plaza skating rink. That was very fun. And they had a live band, and they were awesome! We danced the entire night. Literally. I think we danced to every song. And sometimes we were the only ones out there. Yeah, that was a little akward. We even got compliments from the band when it was over how much fun we were. AND, they did the limbo and I WON! Well I tied with another person, but I still got a $100 gift cart to MACY's! I was so excited!

The next night, the Dept. of Dermatology had their party at the Jewish Community Center. They also had dancing all night, but it wasn't a live band. Not quite as fun. However, we were never the only ones on the floor. Not even close. Some of my friends from work stayed and we all danced through the night. It was really a lot of fun! I tried to add a picture of us dancing...I have a pretty good one, actually, but I guess I've reached my limit for the day because it doesn't want to load. I'm on my way out for the evening for a birthday party, so I'll do more later.
